Program

SSWOP™ is delivered as a contained, three-month Employee Relations engagement designed to stabilize ER systems and leadership response patterns for organizations with 20-100 employees.

SSWOP™ is designed for organizations noticing early signs of employee relations strain and seeking proactive, practical intervention before issues escalate. The program is designed to integrate into existing operations without disrupting day-to-day work. It provides a structured, evidence-based approach that:

  • Identifies early warning signs through focused assessments and frontline feedback.

  • Prioritizes quick, targeted actions that stabilize relationships and restore trust.

  • Equips managers with clear communication tools and conflict de-escalation techniques.

  • Implements short-term coaching and mediation to resolve specific tensions.

  • Establishes simple, sustainable processes to prevent recurrence and track improvement.
