SSWOP™ was created to address the human and systemic gaps that cause employee relations issues to escalate unnecessarily. The program reflects years of leadership and management experience observing how disengagement, conflict, and burnout develop in the absence of clear employee relations systems.

The SSWOP™ approach is calm, ethical, and structured — focused on early intervention, clarity, and sustainability. The work is grounded in firsthand experience supporting leaders through complex employee relations challenges.
